Premium leases allow you to ride and compete on a horse suited to more advanced levels of riding or are more competitive than a school horse.  Premium leases have an annual lease fee in addition to care and maintenance (board, farrier, vet).  Various options are available depending on the horse and budget.

Those doing a premium lease must lesson twice weekly and participate in minimum 3 shows per year.

Lesson leases allows you to ride the same school horse in your one weekly lesson.  Lesson leases are subject to availability and require a minimum four month commitment.  These leases are great for beginner and novice riders looking to perfect elements of their riding. By having less adjusting to new horses, riders can work on themselves more consistently.  This is a great option for beginner riders or those wanting consistency.  Lesson leases are not for showing and if you are showing you will not be guaranteed your lesson lease horse.
